Job summary

VHA Home HealthCare (VHA) is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess and provide home-based OT services for adults in the Greater Toronto Area. You’ll develop interventions, coordinate with the client care team, and promote independence using evidence-based practices.

The role requires Ontario OT registration, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work autonomously with virtual care options and caseload management. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized school.
• Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario in good standing.
• Valid driver’s license or access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assess and provide OT interventions in adults at home.
• Coordinate care plans with client care team.
• Document assessment findings, treatment plans, progress and discharge.
