CanadaVisa Media is seeking a Software Engineer to join our fast-growing team and contribute to full stack features for newly launching projects. You will design, prototype, build, test, and deploy across a TypeScript/Node/NextJS stack in an agile setting.

The role emphasizes collaboration, code quality, and scalable architecture, with opportunities to influence standards and patterns while delivering value to millions of newcomers planning their move to Canada.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years industry experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
• Proficient with modern JavaScript.
• Familiarity with React, Vue, or Angular.
• Familiarity with Express or Flask.
• Knowledge of software design patterns/principles.
• Experience with a cloud platform such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience working and collaborating with a team.
