• Ensure compliance with legislation, standards, policies, and regional priorities.
• Lead collaboration with Indigenous communities, service providers and stakeholders.
• Oversee recruitment, performance management, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Promote prevention, family preservation and community well-being.
