Job summary

McConnell Foundation in Toronto, Ontario is seeking an Investment Associate to help conduct due diligence, analyze data, and contribute to quarterly and portfolio reporting as we build a 100% impact investment program.

The role is hybrid, full-time and reports to the Senior Director, Investments. Requires a Bachelor’s in finance/economics/sustainability, 3–6 years in investment management, and bilingual English/French at a minimum B2 level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Sustainability.
• 3–6 years of progressive experience in investment management.
• Experience in impact investing, ESG and social finance.
• Bilingual English/French at least B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of investments and monitor financial and impact performance.
• Support sourcing, due diligence and completion of investment transactions.
• Prepare quarterly investment reports for committees and board.
