Job Summary

Analyst Immunology

As an Analyst for our Immunology team in Sherbrooke, you will perform analysis of samples. You will also record data in compliance with company and regulatory policies and standards to meet quality and accuracy requirements.

In This Role, Key Responsibilities Include

  • Carry out sample analysis in a multidisciplinary laboratory, using a wide variety of techniques such as Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Luminex
  • Prepare technical worksheets and procedures;
  • Receive, store, verify and process biological samples for analysis;
  • Take part in the routine duties of the laboratory such as preparation of reagents, instrument calibration, product reception;

Key Elements

We are looking for the following minimum qualifications for this role:

  • Collegial diploma in Science or B. Sc. degree in Biology or related field;
  • Knowledge of basic laboratory techniques and Immunology techniques such as ELISA;
  • Knowledge of flow cytometry, ECLIA and/or Luminex
  • Reading and writting English is required. Bilingualism is preferable;

Role Specific Information

  • Location: 1580 rue Ida-Métivier, Sherbrooke. Easily accessible using Sherbrooke’s public transit system. Free parking. Electric vehicle charging station.
  • Pay: Starting at 23.00$/hrs. Opportunity to start at higher level and higher salary with specific research experience;
  • Schedule: Full time, permanent position (37.5 hours/week), depending on the needs, you may have to do overtime. Mostly to work from Monday to Friday.

About Safety Assessment

Charles River is committed to helping our partners expedite their preclinical drug development with exceptional safety assessment services, state-of-the-art facilities and expert regulatory guidance.
