McInnes Cooper is seeking a driven and client-focused Immigration Lawyer to join our dynamic and collaborative team. This role offers the flexibility of remote work and can be based anywhere within the Atlantic provinces or in one of our office locations (Halifax, Sydney, St. John's, Fredericton, Moncton, Saint John, or Charlottetown). As a key member of our immigration practice, you will manage a diverse portfolio of files and applications, provide strategic legal advice, draft submissions and legal documents, and work closely with clients to support them throughout their immigration journey. You'll also collaborate with colleagues, liaise with government authorities, and stay current with evolving immigration laws and policies to ensure informed, effective client representation.
