Job description

iConnectGlobal Immigration , located at the Guildford Town Centre in Surrey, BC, Canada, is seeking a Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) who is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented and highly-adept with Canada’s everchanging immigration policies.

The successful candidate will be part of th4e team that ensures clients and partners are attended to whether on the phone, by email or in person. The position is Full-Time (40 hours a week / 5 days a week with Saturday shift). Our office is open from Monday to Saturday 10am to 6pm. Closed on Sundays and Holidays.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • To be a reliable resource for immigration related updates and effectively communicate such to the team for marketing and / or case management purposes
  • Showcase immigration knowledge and expertise during team huddles and client meetings (BCPNP, EE, LMIA, AAIP, ATP, SUV and Visa / Permits)
  • Organize and maintain the integrity of our electronic client management and immigration software
  • General administrative support for our current and prospective immigration clients
  • Assist with client assessments, preparing documents, reports, and presentations.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • MUST be licensed by the College of Citizenship and Immigration Consultants (CICC)
  • MUST be on Active Status as RCIC
  • MUST have a minimum 1 year experience in a Canadian immigration consulting environment
  • Strong research and investigative skills to match the dynamic nature of the Canadian immigration system
  • Computer savvy and intuitive knowledge to operate modern devices effectively
  • Must be available on Saturdays

The successful candidate will receive a pay of $22 / hour with an opportunity to earn commissions and bonuses based on the company’s visa approvals.
