Job summary

Une agence d'assurance dynamique à Toronto recherche un agent d'assurance motivé et axé sur les ventes. Ce rôle impliquera de construire des relations solides avec les clients tout en les conseillant sur leurs besoins en matière d'assurance. Les candidats doivent posséder un permis LLQP, être orientés vers les résultats, et avoir au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans des postes similaires. Un bon niveau de communication et une aptitude à utiliser la technologie sont également essentiels.

Qualifications

  • Doit avoir le permis en Assurance Vie et Santé (LLQP).
  • Expérience de 2 ans dans un rôle similaire est requise.

Responsibilities

  • Establishes personalized telephone contact with the client. Creates a climate of trust conducive to the sale of Life and Living Benefits insurance products . Educates and advises our clients on our products, while adhering to the company's underwriting standards.
  • Seizes all sales opportunities, solicitation and product offers.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Job Requirements :

  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Ability to relate to customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Organized, with the ability to problem solve.
  • Ability to work as a team.
  • Strong understanding of social media / technology.

Qualifications :

  • Life and Health license LLQP (must have)
  • Strong understanding of social media / technology.
  • College diploma in a related field.
  • 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Previous insurance experience in various insurance fields, such as underwriting, claims, sales or service would be an asset.
  • Must have Permanent Residence Status
  • Candidates must also be fluent in English
