An exciting opportunity for a passionate Service Operations Manager to join a unique, multi-national Information Management function. Job Title: Service Operations Manager

Salary: Circa £70,000 depending on experience

Location: Stevenage, Bolton, Bristol

Dynamic (hybrid) working: 1-2 days per week on-site depending on business requirements.

Security Clearance: British Citizen. This role will require DV Clearance. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. All successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS).

We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Service Operations Manager with a strong background in workplace & infrastructure technologies. Responsibilities include leading the delivery of workplace & infrastructure services, overseeing vulnerability management, ensuring security compliance, and driving continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience managing, mentoring, and developing IT teams.
  • Ability to make effective decisions under pressure and resolve issues quickly.
  • Extensive experience with workplace & infrastructure technology, compliance, and innovation.
  • Leadership skills across diverse disciplines and international teams.
  • Knowledge of data centre management, capacity, incident, and asset management.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft technologies (Windows OS, Exchange, Active Directory, Group Policy).
  • Broad understanding of IT infrastructure, cyber security threats, and response strategies.
  • Experience with software contract management, including Microsoft and Oracle agreements.
  • Experience working in multicultural environments, promoting harmonisation and standard setting.
