Job summary

ATB Financial seeks an Identity and Access Management professional to manage user identities, configure SSO, and oversee Okta/GCP access. You will ensure security, coordinate with security/compliance, and support on-prem and cloud integrations across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.

You’ll work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with Enterprise Identity & Application Security and ServiceNow teams to fulfill a high volume of access requests with precision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of general IT experience in an enterprise environment.
• 1+ year of hands-on IAM or cybersecurity experience.
• Strong experience managing and supporting Active Directory and PAM.
• Hands-on experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting SSO.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Understanding of security concepts and NIST framework alignment.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to translate access controls for business.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and ITIL v4 practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain user identities and access controls within Okta, ensuring compliance with security policies.
• Implement and monitor IAM solutions for Google Cloud Platform resources.
• Oversee and troubleshoot identity synchronization across on-premise systems and directories (e.g., Active Directory).
• Perform regular access reviews and certification across Okta, GCP, and on-prem platforms.
• Investigate and resolve identity-related incidents and service requests for all supported platforms.
• Develop and update documentation related to identity and access procedures for Okta, GCP, and on-prem environments.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure all identity solutions adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Act as a representative of the Enterprise Identity & Application Security team with stakeholders.
• Utilize ServiceNow to fulfill a high volume of identity-related requests precisely and efficiently.
