Job summary

ATB Financial in Athabasca is hiring a Client Service Representative to deliver welcoming, personalized banking services and build client relationships. You will understand client financial needs, offer tailored solutions, and connect them with the right resources.

You will educate clients on digital tools and support a positive, efficient branch environment. This unionized role is based at the Athabasca branch with occasional travel to nearby branches.

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 graduate; post-secondary business courses are an asset.
  • Proven customer service and/or sales experience.
  • Familiarity with personal lending services and products is a plus.
  • Flexible and collaborative team player with a passion for helping others.
  • Adaptable to change with good decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial needs and goals, offering tailored solutions.
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools and platforms for easier account management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues.
  • Adhere to policies and regulations, accurately processing transactions and securing branch assets.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
