Job summary

Maple Leaf Foods is seeking a Senior Analyst Identity and Access Management to mature IAM, PAM, and Zero Trust across a hybrid environment including cloud and on‑premises systems. You will manage CyberArk Cloud onboarding, access controls, and directory services improvements while partnering with multiple teams to deliver secure identity outcomes.

You will analyze identity risks, produce audit evidence, and drive continuous improvement in least privilege and access governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on identity and access management, privileged access management, or related security roles.

Responsibilities

• Administer and enhance privileged access management capabilities (CyberArk Cloud onboarding, PAM, session controls).
• Support secure access to servers, databases, cloud services, and enterprise systems with standardized patterns.
• Lead directory services and cloud identity improvements (Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID).
• Design and deliver scalable IAM/PAM solutions aligned to architecture and security standards.
• Identify and remediate IAM/PAM risks and control gaps with clear recommendations.
• Support joiner/mover/leaver and access review processes to maintain appropriate access.
• Perform and document access reviews for user, privileged, admin, and service accounts focusing on least privilege and segregation of duties.
• Produce and maintain IAM/PAM documentation, runbooks, and audit evidence.
• Troubleshoot IAM/PAM and identity issues; pursue automation opportunities.
• Collaborate across Infra, Cloud, DB, Security Eng, and Project Office to deliver secure identity outcomes.
• Drive process standardization and adoption of Zero Trust best practices.
• Support compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks.
