Join our Cybersecurity and Privacy services to help clients implement effective cybersecurity programs that protect against threats, enable transformation, and foster growth. As companies shift toward digital models, the generation and sharing of data among organizations, partners, and customers increase. We play a vital role in developing transformation strategies focused on security, integrating and managing technology systems, and enhancing cybersecurity investments to detect, respond to, and remediate threats.

Meaningful Work You'll Be Part Of

As a Identity & Access Management Senior Associate, you'll work with problem-solving teams to address business challenges, deliver high-quality client service, and improve operational efficiency. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Project delivery across various IAM knowledge areas, solutions, and products.
  2. Engagement management, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  3. Business development activities throughout the opportunity lifecycle, such as lead generation, presentations, demos, risk assessments, proposals, and contract management.
  4. Practice development, including methodology, training, and marketing materials.
  5. Personal professional growth as an IAM subject-matter expert through continuous learning and industry engagement.
  6. Managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Collaborating with Cybersecurity & Privacy teams on non-IAM projects as needed.
  8. Mentoring and integrating new or junior team members into the IAM and Cybersecurity practice.
Experiences and Skills Needed
  • Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE and BeanShell development.
  • Knowledge in Information Security or Digital Service Delivery with specific Identity requirements.
  • Experience in Access Management, including at least one full-cycle IAM project in Enterprise SSO or CIAM domains.
  • Subject matter expertise in at least one major authentication product (e.g., Okta, Entra ID, ForgeRock, Ping).
  • Deep understanding of Identity Access Management principles.
  • Formal education in Technology or Business, such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, or MIS.
  • Relevant certifications (preferred): Okta, Entra ID, CISSP, PMP, COBIT, ITIL, Oracle Certified Professional, CIPP.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position in the British Columbia region is $82,300-$137,000, plus potential annual bonuses. Compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. We are committed to competitive pay and transparency.
