Job description

Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada, is looking to hire anIdentity Access Management (IAM) Business Leadfor an initial 12month contract. This role will be hybrid, 1-2 days a week in office in Toronto.

You will be responsible for the following duties:

• Drive enhancements to security that are both practical and achievable using a balanced approach
• Maintain, create andenhance processes related to the lifecycle of IAM and supporting documentation
• Identify new IAM requirements through industry resources, research and consultation with technology subject matter experts
• Identify metrics thresholds and business rules for measuring data quality
• Recommend solutions to enhance processes, eliminate risks, and improve the speed and quality of key services
• Performspecific data or analysis based on business user requests and contributeto automation of reporting requirements, and design documents for data quality & data management

Qualifications:

Must Haves:

• Over 10 years of experience with Identity and Access Management
• Working experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, and Workday software
• Agile Methodology
• University education

Nice to have:

• Previous banking experience is a strong nice to have
• CISSP certification
• Previous experience leading IAM projects
