ICBC has an exciting opportunity for an Identity and Access Analyst to join our Identity & Access Management Solutions team for a Temporary assignment. The Identity & Access Analyst is required to demonstrate in-depth analysis, support complex requests, and develop enterprise identity and access provisioning processes including corporate project tasks and sustainment initiatives.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing the identity and access lifecycles for internal and external user communities.
  • Analyzing and supporting enterprise identity and access provisioning processes.
  • Analyzing, fulfilling and supporting enterprise identity and access requests and services.
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving complex identity and access related incident and problem tickets.
  • Generating and investigating identity and access reports in support of internal and external audits.
  • Participating in and supporting projects and sustainment activities representing identity and access requirements.
  • Managing multiple concurrent tasks in an environment of changing priorities and requirements.
  • Developing documentation and training procedures to support project and operational processes for enterprise identity and access provisioning.
  • Identifying, analyzing and implementing operational efficiencies related to enterprise identity and automated access solutions, workflows and processes.
  • Facilitating sessions with team members and/or business community to identify business requirements.
  • Aiding in Identity and Access cloud adoption.

Position Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in enterprise identity and access provisioning concepts, systems, workflows and processes.
  • Advanced experience with Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (AAD) security administration.
  • Demonstrated expert experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) or similar enterprise identity and access management tools/solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in RACF security administration.
  • Experience with SAP identity and access roles and authorization administration.
  • Familiarity with M365 suite including roles and permissions.
  • Outstanding analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and possess a security mindset.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of security access and audit controls, compliance governance, risk management principles and related legislation.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple demands in an environment of changing priorities, frequent interruptions and time pressures.
  • Flexibility in adapting to change and to a wide variety of tasks and functions.
  • Superior customer service skills to interact with internal staff, contractors, consultants, and external user communities such as business partners and ministries.
  • Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting is an asset.

The successful candidate will have several years' experience in information security, preferably with a focus on identity and access management both on-prem and in the cloud. Work experience will be supported by relevant post-secondary education. Identity and access management or IT security orientated certification(s) is an asset.

Hybrid 8: you will work a minimum of 8 days in a 4-week period at your primary office headquarters (typically 2 days per week). The remaining days will be remote within British Columbia.
