About This Opportunity
We are recruiting for an IAM & MDM Specialist to join our Information Technology team. In this role, you will support the management, design, and maintenance of Coke Canada’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) environment.
As an IAM & MDM Specialist, you will provide senior-level leadership support and project management for all operations, initiatives, projects, and emerging technologies related to IAM and MDM. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and configuring hardware and software, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and established Coke Canada technology standards. Additionally, you will provide Tier II / III support, manage escalations, and resolve end-user incidents and problems.
