PCL Construction Management Inc. in Calgary, Alberta is seeking a Manager, Integrated Construction Services to lead a high-performing ICS team and shape how technology and operational excellence are delivered across the district.

You will partner with district leadership to implement construction tech, AI-enabled solutions, and digital workflows, while ensuring staffing, forecasting and project delivery meet district goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in the construction industry.
• Experience leading teams and delivering construction technology and operational services.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with high service standards.
• Strong understanding of construction delivery methods and industry best practices.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration across operations, business technology and corporate functions.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coaches a high-performing ICS team to achieve district objectives.
• Forecasts staff and equipment to support pursuits and projects.
• Provides strategic input into estimating for construction technology services.
• Oversees delivery of construction technology, scheduling, and VDC across the district.
• Identifies opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs with tech solutions.
• Partners with district leadership to share best practices and success stories.
• Supports risk management and aligns priorities with Corporate ICs and Business Tech.
