Job summary

Amazon Canada Fulfillment Services is hiring a Data Analyst to support the Inventory Control / Quality Assurance (ICQA) team. The Data Analyst will own insights, set up analyses, and create automated dashboards and reporting to support ACES initiatives and SoX compliance.

You will identify data sources, conduct root-cause investigations of defects, and collaborate with ICQA and operations teams in Inbound and Outbound to drive data-driven improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Experience identifying data sources and creating automated reports.

Responsibilities

• Development of data collection processes and data management systems.
• Maintenance of data integrity (0% error rate).
• Designing queries, compiling data, and generating reports in MS Excel.
• Charting and graphing data for reporting purposes.
• In depth research of defect trends.
• Data collection and entry as needed.
• Data mining and problem solving.
• Back up for Process Assistant duties.
