Project Manager – ICI Interiors
Toronto | $110K–$125K + Bonus + Benefits

We’re partnered with a reputable Interior ICI General Contractor with deep roots in the GTA. They’re looking to add a Project Manager to their Toronto office — someone experienced in corporate commercial fit-outs who can lead projects confidently and keep clients happy.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee and deliver high-end commercial interior construction projects across the GTA

• Manage client expectations, schedules, and budgets — from kickoff to closeout

• Take ownership of project profitability and customer satisfaction

• Support marketing efforts, RFPs, and client presentations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, trades, and team members

What You Bring:

• 3–5+ years of PM experience in the commercial interiors space

• Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Track record of managing multiple fit-out projects in a fast-paced environment

• Professional, client-first approach

• Well-versed in scheduling, budgeting, and project documentation

Nice to Have:

• Confidence presenting during RFPs and client meetings

• Business-savvy, organized, and solution-oriented

• Experience delivering a range of projects in size, scope, and complexity
