Job Purpose:

Your role is to galvanize the organization—including headquarters, factories, logistics, and partner ecosystems—to be vigilant about controls and to take proper action to protect our business. You will promote stewardship and elevate this message across the organization.

As Ice Cream accelerates growth and profitability, your role is key to delivering consistent, competitive growth and protecting company assets and reputation. You will establish and maintain a governance model for company policies and procedures, apply risk and control concepts, communicate findings to leadership, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design risk-reduction workflows.

The role reports to the America’s Finance Senior Manager Controls and Compliance, providing visibility, assurance, and guidance on risk management, audits, and value protection.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Become a subject matter expert on the Global Financial Control Framework (GFCF) and assist control stakeholders with guidance and implementation.
  2. Lead local change management for updates to documentation, processes, and systems.
  3. Establish and maintain a governance process to ensure policy updates.
  4. Understand supply chain finance activities related to controls to provide direction during testing.
  5. Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, working closely with manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain functions.
  6. Assist with financial control assessments, audits, track findings, develop action plans, and follow up on remediation.
  7. Support innovation and transition projects by reviewing process designs and assessing control impacts.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Understanding of business functions and their interconnections.
  • Expertise in SOX compliance, auditing, and risk management.
  • Experience in designing, controlling, and evaluating business operations.
  • Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and ensure accountability.
  • Effective communication skills with finance and non-finance audiences.
  • Over 3 years of experience in finance, especially in risk, controls, and compliance roles.

Compensation and Benefits:
