Job Purpose

Your role is to galvanize the organization—including headquarters, factories, logistics, and partners—to be vigilant about controls and take proper actions to protect our business. You will promote stewardship and elevate this message across the company.

As part of our journey to accelerate growth and profitability, you will establish and maintain a governance model for policies and procedures, apply risk and control concepts, communicate findings to leadership, and partner with cross-functional teams to design workflows supporting risk reduction.

This role reports to the America’s Finance Senior Manager Controls and Compliance, providing visibility and guidance on risk management, audits, and value protection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become a subject matter expert on the Global Financial Control Framework (GFCF) and assist stakeholders with implementation.
  • Lead local change management for updates to documentation, processes, and systems.
  • Maintain a strong governance process to ensure policy updates.
  • Understand supply chain finance activities related to controls to guide testing.
  • Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to identify risks and opportunities, working closely with manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain functions.
  • Assist with audits, track findings, develop action plans, and follow up on remediation.
  • Support innovation projects by reviewing process designs and performing control impact assessments.
What You Need To Succeed
Experiences & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Understanding of business functions and their interconnections.
  • Expertise in SOX compliance, audits, and risk management.
  • Experience in designing and evaluating business controls for effectiveness.
  • Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and ensure accountability.
  • Effective communication skills with finance and non-finance audiences.
  • Over 3 years of experience in finance related to risk, controls, and compliance.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $84,000 CAD to $126,000 CAD. Bonus eligible. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, parental leave, paid vacation, and more.
