In Ice Cream Finance we are seizing this unique opportunity to reset the role of Finance, with a conscious move from being function-led to business-led. You will operate within a single category with end-to-end responsibility, becoming an empowered and accountable decision-maker free from the complexities of a matrix organization. As the Canada Supply Chain Finance Manager, you will lead the Canada Supply Chain Finance team to enable the business to meet its financial goals, proactively identify opportunities, and implement solutions to enhance the financial performance of the business. Your mission is to infuse financial wisdom into every strategic and operational decision, ensuring that growth is profitable and sustainable.
Additional context : this role involves working within a single category to gain deep understanding of business economics and the international ecosystem, translating that into value creation. The role provides more freedom than traditional finance functions.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $99,760 to $149,640. Bonus eligible. Long Term Incentive (LTI) eligible. Benefits include health insurance, retirement savings, life and disability insurance, parental leave, paid vacation and holidays, with terms of plans governing coverage.
