JOB PURPOSE:

This is a unique opportunity to be part of creating a fully independent Ice Cream organization. In Ice Cream Finance, we are shifting from a function-led to a business-led approach, allowing for greater focus and responsibility within a single category.

As the Canada Supply Chain Finance Manager, you will lead the team to meet financial goals, identify opportunities, and improve financial performance, ensuring growth is profitable and sustainable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage financial operations of Supply Chain Cost (COGS) in Canada Ice Cream business.
  • Develop financial models and forecasts to support decision-making.
  • Monitor financial performance and recommend cost improvements.
  • Collaborate with teams for accurate financial reporting.
  • Provide insights to senior management for strategic planning.
  • Stay updated on industry trends affecting finance.
  • Coordinate between finance and other departments.
  • Engage with external stakeholders like auditors and banks.
  • Promote sustainability and responsible business practices.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • 7-10+ years experience in supply chain/operations finance, CPG experience preferred.
