We are looking for a passionate marketer who always puts the consumer at the center of business decisions and who can drive our ice cream portfolio (including Breyers, Ben & Jerry's, Magnum, Popsicle, and Klondike) with out-of-the-box ideas, strong leadership of the cross-functional team, flawless execution, and by challenging the status quo to get things done more efficiently.
The person who will be successful in this position is motivated, engaged, and passionate about taking on lots of responsibility and being a partner in driving growth. You will be managing multiple workstreams and priorities. Close and collaborative work with several cross-functional partners is a must. This role will report into the Marketing Lead.
You are responsible for delivering to the highest standards. You must be resilient so you can lead others to deliver with passion through uncertainty and create opportunities through the core and beyond. You must be able to flex your style and your plans to guide others through difficult times.
Pay : The pay range for this position is $86,080 to $129,120. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus : This position is bonus eligible.

As publicly announced, Unilever will separate its Ice Cream business, which is expected by the end of 2025. This role will transfer to the new Ice Cream company.
