Realign Llc in Toronto, ON is seeking an experienced IBM Sterling Administrator to support and maintain enterprise MFT environments, including IBM Sterling File Gateway, B2B Integrator, CCM, SSP-CM, and SEAS.

The role requires hands-on production support, troubleshooting, security, and file-transfer protocol knowledge, with 24/7 on-call rotation. You will collaborate with teams and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway, B2B Integrator, CCM, SSP-CM, and SEAS.
• Knowledge of FTP, SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, and AS2 protocols.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux and shell scripting.
• Experience supporting enterprise production and MFT environments.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Trading Partners, routing rules, services, adapters, and BP within IBM Sterling.
• Support deployments involving code changes, maps, configurations, and BP updates.
• Monitor file-transfer flows, queues, BP execution, system health, and availability.
• Provide L2 production support for IBM Sterling File Gateway and related MFT components.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve issues within SLA timelines.
• Configure and support security and encryption technologies including PGP, SSL, and SSH.
• Provide rotational 24/7 on-call production support.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Participate in ServiceNow-based incident and change management activities.

The role requires strong hands-on expertise with IBM Sterling File Gateway, B2B Integrator, CCM, SSP-CM, and SEAS, along with experience in production support, troubleshooting, security, and file-transfer protocols.
