Job Overview

As a key member of our Managed Services team, you will support and drive client IAM programs by delivering high-quality operational and technical support. This role is remote across Canada, with Ottawa-based candidates considered a plus. Candidates must possess active security clearance (or be eligible).

We are seeking a specialist with strong experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) to join our dynamic, high-performing team. You’ll play a vital role in incident resolution, system monitoring, and optimizing IAM environments for peak performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide technical support and incident resolution for SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) implementations.
2. Proactively monitor IAM systems and conduct routine health checks.
3. Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of system issues.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges.
5. Manage software upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
6. Maintain deep technical knowledge to expedite issue resolution and improve customer satisfaction.
7. Participate in on-call rotation, including occasional evening/weekend support.

Required Qualifications

1. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) in a support or operations role.
2. Must have active Government of Canada security clearance (or be eligible to obtain one).
3. In-depth understanding of IAM principles and best practices.
4. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
5. Effective communication and client relationship skills.
6. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or SailPoint Certified Implementation Engineer are assets.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
