IAM Full Stack Engineer

Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for an IAM Full Stack Engineer for their Toronto, ON / Hybrid location.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, engineer, deploy, and support our SailPoint platform that is part of our Provisioning & Identity Management product suite.
2. Collaborate with business partners, integration consultants, and internal teams to facilitate system and application onboarding on our SailPoint platform.
3. Work with Governance, Risk, HR, and Enterprise Technology teams to develop strategy and roadmaps for Provisioning & Identity Management.
4. Translate business, application, and security requirements into technical specifications.
5. Develop enterprise-level architecture and engineering designs to meet these requirements.
6. Serve as Subject Matter Expert on SailPoint, providing technical consultation on best practices and standardization.
7. Ensure successful execution of engineering projects in collaboration with operations, security, architecture, and project management teams.
8. Act as the escalation point for IAM Services and utilities.
9. Provide application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution beyond tier one and two support.
10. Coordinate with vendors for timely resolution of application, software, and hardware issues.
11. Create and maintain system documentation, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting guides.
12. Develop support documentation and training materials for support and operations teams.
13. Oversee external consultants' work, review designs and code, and retain knowledge transfer.
14. Research and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Hands-on experience with SailPoint implementation, administration, configuration, and support.
2. Experience integrating SailPoint with HR systems (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft), infrastructure platforms (Unix, Databases, Active Directory, LDAP, ACF2), and business applications.
3. Strong understanding of user lifecycle management, RBAC policies, enterprise roles, rules, lifecycle events, and provisioning workflows.
4. Knowledge of IAM standards & protocols such as SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth, LDAP, Kerberos.
5. Engineering and integration experience with Java, BeanShell, JSP/Servlets, PERL, Unix Shell, Batch scripting, Powershell, VB Script, SQL, Python, etc., in a DevOps environment.
6. Experience with multiple operating systems: UNIX, Windows, Linux, AIX.
7. Familiarity with web technologies: WebServices, RESTful APIs, Application servers (Tomcat/JBoss), JSON.
8. Database experience with Oracle and SQL Server.
9. Knowledge of Single Sign-On, MFA, SCIM, Federation, directory services (Active Directory, LDAP).
10. Scripting and automation skills.
11. Understanding of virtualization (VMware, HyperV), network technologies, monitoring, and security best practices.
12. Awareness of regulatory environments impacting identity management, security, and compliance.
13. Minimum 5+ years in SailPoint support and administration.
14. Over 10 years of technical experience with multiple third-party IAM solutions in complex global environments.
15. Strong interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills, capable of explaining technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
