Job description

The IAM Analyst Authentication (Global Security) will be responsible for onboarding applications to the RBC IAM services (Entra ID, CyberArk, Sailpoint, IIQ, ServiceNow) in accordance with the IAM onboarding strategy and goals. This role requires collaboration with a wide range of technology and business stakeholders to implement IAM solutions.

Job Description

What will you do

• Work with business partners and application teams to ensure successful end-to-end onboarding activities.
• Explain the onboarding process and document requirements.
• Provide consultative services to ensure requirements align with RBC Standards.
• Ensure all supporting evidence and sign-offs are documented and stored for audit purposes.
• Participate in onboarding testing, including FST, UAT, OAT, and PIV testing.
• Perform IAM responsibilities such as single sign-on authentication and MFA.

What do you need to succeed (Must have)

• 2-3 years of experience in the IAM domain with one or more IAM services.
• Strong understanding of Entra ID authentication and protocols (SAML, OAuth).
• Solid knowledge of SCIM, Role-Based Access Control, and MFA.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and negotiation with internal teams.

Nice to have

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or Management Information Systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP related to information security or risk management.
