LifeLabs is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join our Cyber Team. You will manage provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, and CIAM operations across on‑prem and cloud environments, ensuring security and regulatory compliance.
You bring 5–6 years in CIAM/IAM, strong AD/Entra Id experience, and hands-on with SailPoint, PAM, SSO and MFA. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential in a fast-paced healthcare tech setting.

Job Title: Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst

Purpose of the Role
The IAM Analyst is a subject matter expert in IAM and CIAM standards, processes, approaches, and technologies. This role will be responsible for provisioning/deprovisioning of various types of accounts; as well as access review / recertification process.
This position will primarily support the identity and access management program and the overall CIAM program. The objective is to manage the lifecycle of digital identities and access while achieving security, business goals / objectives, productivity and regulatory compliances.

Salary range: $81,431 - $103,825 CAD annually (commensurate with experience).
