Job summary

Wild Heart Wellbeing in Calgary is seeking a dedicated Hyperbaric Chamber Technician to join our Care Team. You will operate and monitor medical-grade HBOT chambers, support guests during sessions, and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Ideal candidates bring healthcare experience or related backgrounds; RN/EMT/LPN/RT are preferred but not required. Strong safety mindset, communication, and compassion are essential to support guests on their wellness journeys.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN), EMT, LPN or Respiratory Therapist (RT) background preferred but not required.
• Experience in healthcare, patient care, wellness, or a related field is an asset.
• Previous hyperbaric oxygen therapy experience is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Emotional intelligence, empathy, and sound judgment.
• Ability to remain calm, focused, and professional in challenging situations.
• Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability.
• Willingness to complete required hyperbaric training and ongoing professional development.
