Job description

A career as a Hyperautomation Tech lead- Power Platform in the Hyperautomation team at National Bank means acting as a technical reference for low‑code and high‑code automation solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform. This role allows you to have a positive impact on our organization thanks to your expertise in solution design, development leadership, and secure enterprise‑grade automation.

You will work at the intersection of business needs and technology, helping teams automate processes, improve efficiency, and deliver scalable solutions that create tangible value. In this role, you are encouraged to bring your ideas forward, influence technical directions, and support others in growing their capabilities.

Your role
  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑grade Power Platform solutions, including canvas apps, model‑driven apps, and reusable components
  • Build, optimize, and support Power Automate cloud and desktop flows, including complex orchestrations, approvals, exception handling, and performance optimization
  • Define and apply solution architecture, development standards, and best practices to ensure scalability, security, and long‑term maintainability
  • Develop secure integrations using APIs, custom connectors, and Azure services when low‑code capabilities are not sufficient
  • Act as a technical lead by reviewing code, leading pair programming sessions, and supporting citizen developers in building quality solutions
  • Contribute to the evolution and adoption of new Power Platform capabilities, including AI and automation features, by translating them into practical business use cases

Prerequisites
  • Hold a university certificate with relevant experience, or a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technology‑related field
  • Demonstrate experience designing and developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform in an enterprise environment
  • Have hands‑on experience with cloud environments and secure integrations, including APIs and Azure services
  • Show strong knowledge of data modeling, database design, and solution architecture principles
  • Be comfortable working with both low‑code and high‑code approaches to deliver robust automation solutions
