Hygiene Service Technician

To provide a premium quality of service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that all units serviced are in full working order, clean and contain the appropriate preparation.
2. Install or remove hygiene products (e.g., feminine hygiene units, soap cartridges) as required.
3. Ensure that the customer's site is left clean, tidy, and that all service waste/packaging is removed upon completion of the job and disposed of within the depot.
4. Carry out servicing, installations, or removals on other service areas within the branch as required from time to time.

Skills and Requirements:

• Have a valid General Driver's License (manual) with 3 years of experience.
• Previous experience in an outdoor position (e.g., Delivery Driver).
• Comfortable in the use of digital applications on phone or tablet.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to develop good customer relationships.
• Reside in the parish of Trelawny, St. James, Hanover, or surrounding areas.
