  • Job Description
  • As the hydraulic Repair Technician, you will be responsible forthe successful repair of Bosch Rexroth fluid power solutions in the Western Region. Duties & responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
  • Disassemble, inspect, and report condition of hydraulic components for repair and warranty considerations
  • Formulate a hypothesis as too possible root cause of failure
  • Assemble products in accordance with factory procedures and specifications
  • Function test product as required using procedures and specifications
  • Participate in component conversion process
  • Observe instructions and regulations relating to HSE standards when carrying out assigned duties
  • Any and other duties as required
  • Assist with service technical inquiries where required
  • This position is based out of our shop in Edmonton (8035 Coronet Rd, Edmonton, AB T6E 4N7, Canada)
  • Qualifications
  • College Diploma in Mechanical Technology or Fluid Power Technology (or equivalent)
  • 2-3 years experience in a shop or industrial environment
  • Valid drivers license with reasonably clean driving record
  • Tow motor operation and safety
  • Overhead crane operation and rigging
  • Proficient computer skills specifically in Windows and MS Office
  • Attention to detail and thorough when performing work
  • Able to plan and prioritize in a multi-tasking work environment
  • Write in clear, concise, organized, and convincing manner
