We are seeking an experienced Hydraulic Driller responsible for assisting our crews in British Columbia. Although we are a union-affiliated organization, being an active member is not a prerequisite.

Job duties will include drilling of production and shear-line, and occasionally helping the blast crew.

Qualifications

• Drilling experience around houses and urban settings is considered an asset.
• Operational experience with hydraulic drills, including Tamrock 800, Ranger 700, and Traxxon / Montabert hoe-mounted drills.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Natural problem-solving abilities, clear and effective communication skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to work night shifts if required.
• Enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Valid Canadian driver’s license, with a clean driving abstract.
• Experience working in the heavy civil construction industry.
• Ability to lay out drill patterns.
• Ability to work independently.
