Job summary

ManpowerGroup, Inc. in Cambridge is hiring assemblers to join a growing team. The role involves setting up tools, reading blueprints, and installing electrical and hydraulic systems, with opportunities to mentor others and work in a collaborative environment.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, own tools, and the ability to pass a background check. Monday–Friday, full-time, with benefits and RRSP.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Own hand tools are required.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Experience with electrical or hydraulics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain shop tools and equipment.
• Read, understand and interpret blueprints.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, cranes, compressors; running wiring.
• Attach body components and install electrical wiring, hydraulic systems and compressors.
• Resolve problems during installation.
• Coach and mentor other employees.
• Run electrical wire and hook wire harnesses.
• Use crane and rigging equipment safely.
• Work independently and in a team environment.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Duties :

• Setting up and maintaining shop tools and equipment;
• Reading, understanding and interpreting blueprints;
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, cranes, compressors; running wiring
• Attaching various body components;
• Installing electrical wiring, hydraulic systems and compressors;
• Problem resolution for various systems during the installation phase;
• Coaching and mentoring other employees;
• Running electrical wire and hooking wire harnesses;
• Using crane and rigging equipment efficiently and safely;
• Working both independently and in a team environment.
• Other duties as assigned
