Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking a UX Designer II in Hybrid Canada, Quebec. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape intuitive experiences across Bentley and third-party apps, crafting wireframes, flows, and interactive prototypes for complex enterprise software.

Ideal candidates bring advanced Figma skills, a strong portfolio, and experience working in Agile teams. You will balance user needs with business goals, contribute to design systems, and validate designs through

Qualifications

Experience designing complex enterprise (B2B) software.
Portfolio showing problem-solving and attention to detail.
Advanced Figma skills including components and design systems.
Ability to balance user needs with business and technical constraints.
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration.
Experience in Agile product teams.
Prototyping and validation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to understand user needs and define product direction.
Plan and conduct user research, interviews, and discovery activities.
Translate research findings into actionable design insights and solutions.
Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the design process.
Participate in design critiques, concept reviews, and solution ideation.
Validate solutions through usability testing and user feedback.
Contribute to and champion Bentley's design system.
Improve workflows across Bentley products and external platforms.
