Randstad Canada is seeking a highly accomplished Project Management Specialist to lead enterprise IT infrastructure and network modernization projects in a hybrid Toronto setting. The role spans executive alignment, cross-functional delivery, and vendor governance across multiple sites.

You will manage end-to-end lifecycles, including charters, budgets, procurement, risk, and change management, while reporting to senior leadership. A PMP certification and strong technical acumen are essential.

Formación

• Professional Certification: Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in good standing.
• Enterprise IT Project Tenure: Proven experience managing end-to-end enterprise IT projects within complex, multi-departmental environments.
• Infrastructure & Network Experience: Experience managing large-scale network infrastructure projects involving WAN/LAN deployments, MPLS circuits, SD-WAN, and multi-location VPN configurations.
• Vendor & Team Management: Experience directing multi-disciplinary teams and managing vendor contract performance.
• Procurement & Contract Documentation: Proven track record preparing contractual documentation, including RFIs, RFPs, SOWs, and SLAs.
• Education: Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage enterprise IT projects through all phases of the project lifecycle in accordance with PMI standards and organizational methodologies.
• Develop, track, and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, critical path milestones, and project charters using MS Project and modern tracking tools.
• Oversee project financial management, budget preparation, procurement activities, SOW drafting, contract negotiations, and payment authorizations.
• Coordinate multi-site network implementations, WAN/LAN deployments, site engineering surveys, and field technician schedules.
• Manage vendor and contractor performance, ensuring adherence to contract terms, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality control standards.
• Facilitate formal procurement workflows, overseeing the preparation of RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, MOUs, and Statements of Work.
• Evaluate, mitigate, and report on project risks, issues, scope dependencies, and change requests to maintain project alignment.
• Apply organizational change management principles to ensure smooth transition of new technology solutions to operational teams and end-users.
• Lead, recruit, and supervise assigned project staff, fostering collaboration across technical and business resources.
• Contribute to the design, sustainment, and continuous improvement of corporate project management standards, methodologies, and technical design practices.
• Prepare clear status reports, executive briefing materials, and presentations to communicate progress, risk profiles, and financial metrics to senior management.
