The hybrid role requires in-office Tuesday–Thursday with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, offering practical experience at the intersection of business and technology.

As part of GRO, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders, translate business needs into clear documentation and insights, build dashboards, and support digital transformation across enterprise

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful insights to support decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a team of Business Analysts/IT Project Coordinators accelerating digital adoption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business needs and translate into documentation.
• Help develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and coordinate meetings.
• Work with datasets to identify trends and create visual reports or dashboards.
• Organize and update artifacts (meeting notes, risk logs, process maps) using SharePoint.
