As part of the Expert Management team, you'll play a key role in shaping our Workforce Scheduling Platform, a critical system that ensures optimal deployment and utilization of our growing professional network.

Role Overview:

We're looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative Staff Product Manager to drive strategy and execution for our intelligent scheduling platform. In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for identifying complex scheduling challenges, defining scalable solutions, and leading cross-functional teams to build and deliver innovative capabilities.

You will collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and Customer Success leaders to build the future of our expert workforce platform—powering efficiency, automation, and exceptional expert experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Contribute to and execute the vision and strategic roadmap for the Workforce Scheduling Platform in alignment with Customer Success priorities.

  • Problem Discovery & Solution Design: Identify complex operational inefficiencies and transform them into clear, actionable product requirements and scalable solutions.

  • End-to-End Feature Ownership: Lead the development and delivery of major platform capabilities in collaboration with engineering, design, and analytics partners.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage advanced analytics and data insights to evaluate scheduling patterns, measure product impact, and continuously optimize performance.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner across teams to gather requirements, align priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure successful, coordinated product launches.

  • Innovation & Emerging Technologies: Explore AI/ML-based optimization methods and cutting-edge technologies to increase automation and enhance scheduling intelligence.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong track record of delivering scalable platforms or complex operational systems.

  • Proven success working within matrixed organizations and leading cross-functional initiatives.

  • Expertise managing both backend platform systems and user-facing product lifecycles.

  • Strong analytical capabilities; proficiency in SQL or other data analysis tools to drive decisions.

  • Skilled in defining product KPIs, measuring impact, and ensuring accountability in execution.

  • History of building products that create excellent customer and expert experiences with measurable business outcomes.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related technical discipline.

  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and how to apply them to solve complex operational and scheduling challenges.
