Sargent & Lundy is seeking a Drafting Technician to join a multi-disciplined team in Toronto, with a hybrid work schedule combining in-office and remote work. The role focuses on developing design drawings from input while expanding CAD capabilities and 3D modeling experience.

The candidate will create master sketches to scale, collaborate with engineers, and support site walks and vendor coordination to ensure accurate designs and dimensioning for installation projects.

Formación

• We do not sponsor employees for work authorization in Canada for this position.
• Proficiency with drafting tools and the ability to visualize parts in 3D.

Responsabilidades

• Utilize and expand drafting skills in a multi-disciplined team to prepare design drawings from input.
• Apply CAD skills and develop 3D designs.
• Create master sketches to scale showing relation of proposed installations to existing facilities with exact specifications.
• Attend client site walks with experienced designers to gather information.
• Explain drawings to vendors and contractors to support design adjustments.
