lululemon is seeking a senior Product Development leader to drive cross‑functional execution across accessory categories. You will own calendars, milestones, and risk management, aligning brand vision with cost, quality and speed to market.

With 15+ years of experience, you will shape strategy, lead global teams, and partner across Design, Merchandising, Sourcing, and Supply Chain to deliver guest‑facing products that embody lululemon's brand promise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 15+ years leading product development or related functions, with global teams.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into operational plans and deliver results.
• Strong financial acumen balancing cost, quality, speed and guest experience.
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing across senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development execution across accessory categories from concept to buy readiness.
• Ensure brand vision, design intent, technical feasibility, supplier capability, quality and financial targets.
• Drive enterprise‑level Product Development strategy and cross‑functional implementation.
• Maintain operational excellence, standardisation, speed, and quality in development systems.
• Identify risks and coordinate cross‑functional decisions to mitigate cost, material, or timing issues.
• Assess supplier capability and capacity from development and technical perspectives; advise strategy.
• Own development calendars, milestones, and risk mitigation; translate strategy into actions.
• Champion new Product Development capabilities, including 3D and digital workflows.
• Develop future leadership through coaching and enterprise‑ready talent development.
