Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Senior Client Advisor - Personal Lines in Montreal. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days per week and sits within the Private Client Services team focused on High Net Worth clients.

You will analyze client needs, propose coverages, prepare proposals, manage renewals, and collaborate across carriers to deliver superior service. Training, mentorship, and access to Marsh benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• AMF licensed in Quebec or other provinces
• Full bilingual English and French
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
• Excellent time management and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests across channels promptly per carrier guidelines.
• Analyze and counsel to recommend coverages and identify gaps.
• Provide quotations and prepare applications per carrier timelines.
• Conduct annual renewal reviews to align coverage and pricing.
• Obtain and submit claims information to carriers with empathy.
• Grow profitability by closing new business opportunities.
• Maintain client/account data accurately in the broker system.
• Develop and maintain referral relationships with clients and carriers.
• Complete mandatory training and licensing requirements.
• Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures.
