Job summary

Product Care Recycling seeks a Recycling Services Coordinator to lead and support its collection programs across Canada. You will recruit and onboard collection sites and events, manage inspections, and ensure compliant, high-quality service delivery.

You will coordinate logistics, develop SOPs, and build strong relationships with partners while contributing to a sustainable, national recycling network. A hybrid working model and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in administration or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in an operations/logistics role or similar high-paced role.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Access and a working knowledge of databases.
• Clear and concise English language abilities, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and onboarding of collection sites and events, ensuring compliance and quality service.
• Develop SOPs and best practices to support recruitment and onboarding functions.
• Coordinate transport options, negotiate rates, and train new carriers and hubs.
• Lead collection site inspections, self-audits, and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Cultivate relationships with collection partners, especially retailers.
