Job summary

Baxter International in Canada is seeking a recruiter for the Alliston manufacturing site. You will build a continuous pipeline of candidates, coordinate with hiring managers, and drive the end-to-end recruitment process in a fast-paced environment.

This hybrid role requires onsite presence a minimum of 3 days per week, with strong communication and organization skills to manage multiple openings across production sites.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting experience in agency or corporate setting.
• Manufacturing, healthcare, or pharma experience is a plus.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Experience using recruiting tools such as an ATS and direct sourcing tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Proactively search candidate databases and connect with potential talent.
• Screen applications to evaluate candidate suitability and engage referrals.
• Drive community outreach to tap local talent in manufacturing markets.
• Promote Baxter as a great place to work and articulate successful environment traits.
• Lead the candidate experience from initial contact to offer stage.
