Job summary

Altius Group, via PeopleSense by Altius in Geraldton, seeks a psychologist or MH social worker to provide therapeutic services across adults, adolescents and children. The role combines clinical work with workplace support and injury rehabilitation, with flexible hybrid arrangements.

You will deliver assessments and collaborate with rehab and allied professionals, contributing to tailored projects and client outcomes while advancing your clinical interests.

Qualifications

• Must hold full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist or be a Mental Health Social Worker with AASW registration and at least 2 years of experience.
• Demonstrated passion for delivering high quality therapeutic services and working with youth (12 and under).
• Full Australian working rights and ability to obtain a national police check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic, assessment, and workplace-focused psychological services to a varied caseload.
• Provide therapy with adults, adolescents, children and couples (EAP, private, Medicare-rebated).
• Offer workplace support and critical incident response for organisations and their people.
• Conduct psychological assessments to inform treatment and workplace outcomes.
• Collaborate multidisciplinary with rehab consultants and allied health professionals.
