Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Group in Vancouver, BC, is seeking a Planner/Scheduler to join our project services team. You will review project documents, establish schedules using MS Project, Primavera P6, and TILOS, and coordinate with project managers and engineers to align scope, resources, and baselines.

This role reports to the Planning and Scheduling Manager and supports multiple projects across Canada and overseas if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering Management required or related field.
• 5–10 years of scheduling experience in engineering projects preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Project and Primavera P6; familiarity with TILOS is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review project documents and liaise with project teams to identify scope components and requirements.
• Establish project schedules using MS Project, Primavera P6 and/or TILOS to meet baselines.
• Identify critical paths, conduct progress reviews, and update schedules with baselines.
• Support project controls functions and coordinate with project managers and clients.
