Job summary

BRC Group Inc. is seeking a Junior Project Manager – Orders and Large Accounts to drive execution from order to installation across North America. You will build detailed plans with engineering, design and sales, coordinate across departments, and keep all stakeholders aligned with timelines.

Hybrid work setup with in-office presence once per week; salary range 65,000–75,000 CAD annually. PMP is a plus; 1–3 years PM experience preferred, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of project management experience.
• Create detailed project schedules, milestones and deliverables.
• Lead communication among team members, stakeholders, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Ensure accurate communication internally and externally.
• Collect data on large projects to improve customer experience.
• Manage large projects and accounts in Canada/USA markets.
• Oversee scope from design to installation across North America.
• Provide timely updates and meet critical dates.
• Conduct site visits as needed with travel.
• Measure performance using appropriate tools and metrics.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Propose solutions with sales and design teams.
