Job summary

McKesson in Canada is seeking a skilled Product Application Engineer to support our e-commerce application and become a subject‑matter expert on the platform. You will provide world‑class assistance to internal and external customers to resolve issues and document system design while coordinating releases.

The role requires 4+ years in application support, experience with CI/CD and infrastructure automation, and strong communication skills in a fast‑paced, regulated healthcare technology

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand the e-commerce application and its integrations with internal and external systems.
• Provide world‑class assistance to customers (internal & external) to resolve their issues within the application.
• Document system design and functionality, creating and maintaining a knowledge base.
• Coordinate application releases and ensure change control and release readiness.
• Collaborate with the software delivery team to learn about new features for support needs.
• Assist production support to resolve system issues and support server maintenance.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
