Job summary

Marsh seeks a Performance & Reporting Specialist to support performance measurement, reporting, and related activity across multi-asset portfolios. The role requires strong analytics, attention to detail, and experience with investment data and performance calculations.

The position is based in St. John's or Toronto, in a hybrid arrangement with three days in the office weekly, and offers a broad rewards package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, economics, business, accounting, mathematics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in performance measurement or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of performance measurement best practices and return calculation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support performance measurement and reporting activities across multi-asset portfolios.
• Monitor, validate, and analyze portfolio returns and investigate outliers.
• Perform data integrity checks to ensure accurate performance calculations.
• Work with reporting systems such as Investment Metrics, CRIMS, Eagle, Bloomberg, and FactSet.
• Assist with client onboarding, account setup, and reporting configuration.
• Support GIPS implementation and compliance activities.
• Maintain documentation for reporting processes and client-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with investment and client teams on performance inquiries.
• Help improve business processes and coordinate day-to-day operations.
