Canada Life in London, Ontario, seeks a Customer Processing Representative (temporary full-time) to support Group Retirement Plans. You will learn GPAS, process contributions, reviews, transfers, and disclosures with a focus on accuracy and timely completion.

The role emphasizes following established processes, collaboration with the team, and providing professional service while supporting daily caseloads and ensuring data integrity in pension administration systems.

Competenze

• Strong attention to detail in processing tasks.
• Ability to follow established processes and meet deadlines.
• Experience with pension or benefits administration systems preferred (GPAS).

Mansioni

• Process group and individual contributions accurately and timely.
• Review member applications for completeness.
• Execute interfund transfers and move assets between investment options.
• Process cash withdrawals and transfers between registered plans and institutions.
• Prepare member disclosures and monitor accounts in default.
• Maintain GPAS data and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with administration team and cross-functional partners to provide client-focused service.
